If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please contact your local courier office or local authorities for assistance.
Return & Replacement
We currently offer replacement only, not returns.
If the replacement item is out of stock (OOS), a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Replacement requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving your order.
