Who is eligible for an exchange?

Clothing items purchased on musubifashion.in that are returned within 3 days from delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges allowed for size change or replacement due to manufacturing defects.

Exchange requests for damaged-on-arrival or incorrect items must include photos or video proof.
Items not eligible: perfumes, electronic accessories, CCTV products, intimate wear (if applicable), sale/clearance items (if stated otherwise), or items returned after 3 days.
Exchange Process (Step-by-step)

Initiate Request (within 3 days):

Visit the Exchange Request form below OR email us at musubifashion@gmail.com with subject line: Exchange Request — [Order #12345].

Provide order number, item(s) to exchange, reason, desired replacement size/item, and photos/video (if defective or wrong item).

Review & Approval:

Our team reviews your request within 48 business hours.

If approved, we will send an Exchange Approval Email with return instructions and the address to ship the item back.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Musubi Fashion. We recommend using a tracked courier.

Pack the item securely in original packaging where possible.

Inspection & Replacement Dispatch:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 48–72 business hours), we will confirm eligibility.

If eligible, we will dispatch the replacement item and email you the new tracking details.

Out of Stock:

If the replacement item is out of stock, we may provide store credit for the returned amount or offer an alternative. Monetary refunds are not provided for clothing items except where required by law.

Timelines & Processing

Exchange request review: Within 48 business hours after request.

Return inspection: 48–72 business hours after we receive the item.

Replacement dispatch: Dependent on stock and courier timelines; you will receive tracking information by email.
Charges & Refunds

Return shipping for exchanges is paid by the customer.

If the replacement is higher-priced, the customer must pay the price difference before dispatch.

If the replacement is lower-priced, the balance may be issued as store credit (no cash refund), unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds to original payment method are not provided for clothing exchanges; see Refund Policy for exceptions.
